SIMS Support Technical Support Service Desk

SimsOur SIMS Support team is here to help you with your schools data; using SIMS to provide solutions for attendance management and pupil assessment amongst many things. We provide training courses and extensive notes to guide you through a whole range of pupil administrative data needs required within SIMS.

TechOur Technical Support team provides assistance with your administrative technology products and software, computers, laptops and printers. We also provide support for schools broadband connections. We help you solve your problems remotely enabling a quick, no fuss, easy resolution for you.

Service Our Service Desk is your single point of contact for Schools ICT. Our Service Desk handles day-to-day customer issues, logging your calls on our helpdesk and liasing with our Technical and SIMS Support teams to ensure you receive our best possible service from Schools ICT.
